WHAT NULLIFIES YOUR SHAHADA
QUESTION
What makes you a kaafir?
Allahﷻ commanded us in the Quran not to die unless as a Muslim.
- Because some people will die as kuffar claiming to be a Muslim.
- For example, in the 1970’s, Communism was very strong and many Muslims died believing in it.
- The problem was because they had a severe tawheed problem.
Who do we blame?
- We blame the Mashayekh because they don't teach tawheed.
- Millions of Muslims dies as kuffar because they believing in democracy.
- Democracy is the biggest shirk.
- When I was in South Africa, the imams encouraged the Muslims to vote for the political party African National Congress (ANC).
-Allahﷻ warns us not to die except as Muslims.
- When you go to a janaza, do you pray for the dead? Yes
- You pray for the dead by asking Allahﷻ to forgive those who are present and
absent. Also, asking Allahﷻ to allow us to live and die upon Islam.
- However, many die as kuffar.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Aali Imran 3:102
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنتُم مُّسْلِمُونَ
O you who believe! Fear Allah (by doing all that He has ordered and by abstaining from all that He has forbidden) as He should be feared. [Obey Him, be thankful to Him, and remember Him always], and die not except in a state of Islam (as Muslims) with complete submission to Allah. (Aali Imran 3:102)
HADITH
O Allahﷻ forgive our living and our dead , those who are with us and those who are absent, our young and our old , our menfolk and our womenfolk. O Allahﷻ, whomever you give life from among us give him life in Islam, and whomever Youﷻ take away from us take him away in Faith . O Allahﷻ, do not forbid us their reward and do not send us astray after them.

- It is incumbent on you to learn the things that nullify your shahada.
- So that you do not become a kaafir without realizing it.
- You should ask yourself, ‘What if the Angel of death should take my soul
tomorrow? Would I die inside or outside the fold of Islam?’
- You need to do some soul searching.
- Don't be like the people of the past who died believing in communism or
democracy.
- Today, there is the black house in Makkah and the white house in America.
- If you believe in Islam, your Qiblah is towards the black house in Makkah.
- However, if you believe in democracy, your Qiblah is towards the white house in
America.
THINGS THAT NULLIFY YOUR SHAHADA
1. MAJOR SHIRK
- Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab wrote a book about the nullifiers of Islam
and major shirk is his first nullifier in his book.
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#1. Polytheism, which is worshipping other gods besides the One true God, Allahﷻ
[4:48; 5:72]
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-A’raf 7:172
وَإِذْ أَخَذَ رَبُّكَ مِن بَنِي آدَمَ مِن ظُهُورِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَأَشْهَدَهُمْ عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ أَلَسْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ قَالُوا بَلَىٰ شَهِدْنَا أَن تَقُولُوا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّا كُنَّا عَنْ هَٰذَا غَافِلِينَ
And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying) : "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this." (Al-A'raf 7:172)
- Worshipping a false deity is among the matters that are clear.
- So there is no excuse for worshipping a false deity.
HADITH
Narrated from Anas (RA) that a man said:
“O Messenger of Allahﷺ, where is my father?” He said: “In Hell.” When he turned away he called him back and said: “My father and your father are in Hell.”
[Sahih Muslim (Vol. 1, pg. 191) No. 203]
- For example, those people who died in the Shabaz Qalandar operation in
Pakistan were Berailvis.
- These people died as kuffar because they were worshipping a (so-called) saint
who was buried inside there.
- This is the second nullifier of your shahada.
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#2. he commits Kufr by Ijma’ whoever places mediums between himself and Allahﷻ, mediums that he calls upon, ask forgiveness from, or rely on. [39:3; 35:14]
2. TO DABBLE IN BLACK MAGIC
- This is Kufr Akbar.
- The practitioner of magic is a kaafir.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Baqarah 2:102
وَاتَّبَعُوا مَا تَتْلُو الشَّيَاطِينُ عَلَىٰ مُلْكِ سُلَيْمَانَ وَمَا كَفَرَ سُلَيْمَانُ وَلَٰكِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ كَفَرُوا يُعَلِّمُونَ النَّاسَ السِّحْرَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ عَلَى الْمَلَكَيْنِ بِبَابِلَ هَارُوتَ وَمَارُوتَ وَمَا يُعَلِّمَانِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ فِتْنَةٌ فَلَا تَكْفُرْ فَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مِنْهُمَا مَا يُفَرِّقُونَ بِهِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَزَوْجِهِ وَمَا هُم بِضَارِّينَ بِهِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ اللهِ وَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مَا يَضُرُّهُمْ وَلَا يَنفَعُهُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمُوا لَمَنِ اشْتَرَاهُ مَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلَاقٍ وَلَبِئْسَ مَا شَرَوْا بِهِ أَنفُسَهُمْ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ
They followed what the Shayatin (devils) gave out (falsely of the magic) in the lifetime of Sulaiman (Solomon). Sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the Shayatin (devils) disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels, Harut and Marut, but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)." And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife, but they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's Leave. And they learn that which harms them and profits them not. And indeed they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their ownselves, if they but knew. (Al-Baqarah 2:102)
HADITH
Jundub (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allahﷺ said:
“The hadd (prescribed punishment) for the practitioner of magic is a blow with the sword (i.e., execution)"

3. TO PLACE AN INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN ALLAHﷻ & YOURSELF
- For example, to make dua to an intermediary, using it as a conduit to reach
Allahﷻ.
- This also falls under Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab 2nd nullifier.
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#2. he commits Kufr by Ijma’ whoever places mediums between himself and Allahﷻ, mediums that he calls upon, ask forgiveness from, or rely on. [39:3; 35:14]
Allahﷻ said in Surah Az-Zumar 39:3
أَلَا لِلَّهِ الدِّينُ الْخَالِصُ وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ مَا نَعْبُدُهُمْ إِلَّا لِيُقَرِّبُونَا إِلَى اللهِ زُلْفَىٰ إِنَّ اللهَ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي مَا هُمْ فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَ إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَهْدِي مَنْ هُوَ كَاذِبٌ كَفَّارٌ
Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliya' (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say) : "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever. (Az-Zumar 39:3)
- The Sufis, Berailvis and Shias are guilty of this nullifier.
- They recite the Fatiha but still pray to the graves.
- This is why Allahﷻ calls them liars and kuffar.
- Also, Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab quoted 35:14 as his hujjah.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Fatir 35:14
إِن تَدْعُوهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُوا دُعَاءَكُمْ وَلَوْ سَمِعُوا مَا اسْتَجَابُوا لَكُمْ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَكْفُرُونَ بِشِرْكِكُمْ وَلَا يُنَبِّئُكَ مِثْلُ خَبِيرٍ
If you invoke (or call upon) them, they hear not your call, and if (in case) they were to hear, they could not grant it (your request) to you. And on the Day of Resurrection, they will disown your worshipping them. And none can inform you (O Muhammad SAW) like Him Who is the All Knower (of each and everything)[]. (Fatir 35:14)
- When you pray to the graves, you are worshipping its inhabitants.
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#3. He commits Kufr whoever does not apply the Kufr principle upon polytheists, or whoever doubts that polytheists are infidels, or whoever corrects the polytheists’ path. [3:19; 3:85]
- An Aathir is a person who makes excuses and refuses to call a kaafir a kaafir.
- Some polytheists are kaafir asli (original kaafir), like Christians, Hindus, etc.
- While others claim to be the people of the Qibla.
- However, he meant every single polytheist, no matter their stance.
- So to refuse to call them that, you are trying to veto Allahﷻ which makes you a
kaafir too by becoming an Aathir.
5. TO TAKE SIDES WITH THE KUFFAR AGAINST THE MUSLIMS
- Many Muslims today have no Wala and Bara for Allahﷻ.
- Wala and Bara is to love and hate for the sake of Allahﷻ.
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#8. Helping polytheists against Muslims. The evidence on that is the saying of Allahﷻ: And if any amongst you takes them (as Auliyâ’), then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers. (Al Maida 5:51)
- Ibn Hazm passed a similar fatwa.
FATWA
Ibn Hazm Stated in Al-Muhalla (11/138):
"What is correct is that Hisﷻ statement, the Most High, "And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them." (The Quran 5:51), should be understood on the basis of its apparent meaning. The person being referred to is a disbeliever from the generality of disbelievers, and no two Muslims disagree regarding this."
6. TO REJECT ONE OF THE FIVE PILLARS OF ISLAM
- Shahada
- Salah (Prayer)
- Zakah (Charity)
- Sawn (Fasting)
- Hajj (Pilgrimage)
- To reject one of these pillars makes you a kaafir.
HADITH
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that when the Messenger of Allahﷺ breathed his last and Abu Bakr was appointed as his successor (Caliph), those amongst the Arabs who wanted to become apostates became apostates. 'Umar b. Khattab said to Abu Bakr: Why would you fight against the people, when the Messenger of Allahﷺ declared: I have been directed to fight against people so long as they do not say: There is no god but Allahﷻ, and he who professed it was granted full protection of his property and life on my behalf except for a right? His (other) affairs rest with Allahﷻ. Upon this Abu Bakr said: By Allahﷻ, I would definitely fight against him who severed prayer from Zakat, for it is the obligation upon the rich. By Allahﷻ, I would fight against them even to secure the cord (used for hobbling the feet of a camel) which they used to give to the Messenger of Allahﷺ (as Zakat) but now they have withheld it. Umar b. Khattab remarked: By Allahﷻ, I found nothing but the fact that Allahﷻ had opened the heart of Abu Bakr for (perceiving the justification of) fighting (against those who refused to pay Zakat) and I fully recognized that the (stand of Abu Bakr) was right.

7. TO REJECT ONE OF THE SIX PILLARS OF IMAN
To Believe In:
- Allahﷻ
- Hisﷻ Angels (Gabriel, Israfil, Mika’il, etc)
- Hisﷻ Messengers (Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Muhammadﷺ, etc)
- Hisﷻ Books (Torah, Injeel, Quran, etc)
- Akhira (Heaven, Hell, Day of Judgement)
- Qadr (Pre-destiny)
- Ibn Abbas was drawing water from a well and someone told him that they met
people who don't believe in Qadr.
HADITH
Ata' bin Abi Rabah said:
"I went to Ibn 'Abbas and found him drawing water from the well of Zamzam. The bottom of his clothes was wet with the water of Zamzam and I said to him, 'They talked about Al-Qadar (some denied it).' He asked, 'Have they done this?' I said, 'Yes.' He said, 'By Allahﷻ! This Ayah was revealed only about them, ("Taste you the touch of Hell!" Verily, We have created all things with Qadar.) They are the worst members of this Ummah. Do not visit those who fall ill among them or pray the Funeral prayer for those among them who die. If I saw one of them, I would pluck out his eyes with these two fingers of mine."

- To say that the Day of Judgement is a myth, makes you a kaafir.
8. TO RIDICULE AN ASPECT OF ISLAM.
- To laugh at a Muslim woman wearing a hijab or Muslim man for having a beard,
makes you a kaafir.
- If a Muslim woman doesn't wear hijab, this doesn’t make her a kaafir.
- However, if she ridicules the hijab, she is a kaafir.
- The same goes for a man who doesn't have a beard, it doesn't make him a
kaafir unless he ridicules it.
Allahﷻ said in Surah At-Tawbah 9:65-66
وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُمْ لَيَقُولُنَّ إِنَّمَا كُنَّا نَخُوضُ وَنَلْعَبُ قُلْ أَبِاللهِ وَآيَاتِهِ وَرَسُولِهِ كُنتُمْ تَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
If you ask them (about this), they declare: "We were only talking idly and joking." Say: "Was it at Allah, and His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger (SAW) that you were mocking?" (At-Tawbah 9:65)
لَا تَعْتَذِرُوا قَدْ كَفَرْتُم بَعْدَ إِيمَانِكُمْ إِن نَّعْفُ عَن طَائِفَةٍ مِّنكُمْ نُعَذِّبْ طَائِفَةً بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مُجْرِمِينَ
Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after you had believed. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you because they were Mujrimun (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals, etc.). (At-Tawbah 9:66)
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#6. He commits Kufr whoever mocks some of God’s religion, some of God’s reward, or some of God's punishment. He commits kufr if he mocks the Messengerﷺ of Allah . [9:65-66]
Allahﷻ said in Surah An-Nisa 4:140
وَقَدْ نَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ أَنْ إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ آيَاتِ اللهِ يُكْفَرُ بِهَا وَيُسْتَهْزَأُ بِهَا فَلَا تَقْعُدُوا مَعَهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَخُوضُوا فِي حَدِيثٍ غَيْرِهِ إِنَّكُمْ إِذًا مِّثْلُهُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ جَامِعُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْكَافِرِينَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ جَمِيعًا
And it has already been revealed to you in the Book (this Qur'an) that when you hear the Verses of Allah being denied and mocked at, then sit not with them, until they engage in a talk other than that; (but if you stayed with them) certainly in that case you would be like them. Surely, Allah will collect the hypocrites and disbelievers all together in Hell, (An-Nisa 4:140)
- Do not sit at a gathering where people mock Islam.
- If you do, you also become a kaafir like them.
- The action needed to be taken is to get up and leave.
- Many sit-in rooms on social media, like Paltalk, mock Islam.
- Stay away from these rooms.
9. TO DISLIKE WHAT ALLAHﷻ HAS REVEALED
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#5. He commits Kufr whoever hates something that prophet Muhammadﷺ came with, even if he practices it. [47:9]
Allahﷻ said in Surah Muhammad 47:9
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَرِهُوا مَا أَنزَلَ اللهُ فَأَحْبَطَ أَعْمَالَهُمْ
That is because they hate that which Allah has sent down (this Qur'an and Islamic laws, etc.), so He has made their deeds fruitless. (Muhammad 47:9)
- Because of this act of hate, they lose all their pious deeds where it will be they
will needed on the Day of Judgement.
10. TO BELIEVE IN THE QURAN BUT NOT THE HADITH
- This is the plight of some people called the Quraniyoon.
- They believe in the Quran but not the Hadith.
- In actuality, they believe in nothing.
- Allahﷻ commanded us to believe in the Hadith which is the Sunnah.
- Any Hadith empathised is the Sunnah.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Aali-Imran 3:31
قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Say (O Muhammad SAW to mankind) : "If you (really) love Allah then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic Monotheism, follow the Qur'an and the Sunnah), Allah will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (Aali Imran 3:31)
Allahﷻ also said in Surah Al-Hashr 59:7
وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ إِنَّ اللهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ
And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it), and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment. (Al-Hashr 59:7)
- Due to this belief of theirs, Allahﷻ said that these people are the real Kaafir.
Allahﷻ said in Surah An-Nisa 4:150-151
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِاللهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَيُرِيدُونَ أَن يُفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَ اللهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَيَقُولُونَ نُؤْمِنُ بِبَعْضٍ وَنَكْفُرُ بِبَعْضٍ وَيُرِيدُونَ أَن يَتَّخِذُوا بَيْنَ ذَٰلِكَ سَبِيلًا
Verily, those who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers and wish to make distinction between Allah and His Messengers (by believing in Allah and disbelieving in His Messengers) saying, "We believe in some but reject others," and wish to adopt a way in between. (An-Nisa 4:150)
أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ حَقًّا وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا
They are in truth disbelievers. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating torment. (An-Nisa 4:151)
HOW TO REFUTE THE QURANIYOON
- Say and Ask the Quraniyoon:
How many rak’ah are in each salah? When they answer, tell them:
How did you arrive at that conclusion?
- How do you know that you have to pay Sadaqatul fitr?
- How do you know gold and silk are haram for men?
- How did you know camel meat breaks wudu?
- How do you know we take jizya from Zorastrians?
- How do you know it is haram to marry the aunt and niece and live with them at
the same time?
- The answer is from Hadith because these detailed information are not in the
Quran.
- Also, Allahﷻ told you to pray but didn't tell you HOW to pray in the Quran.
- The Quraniyoon are the worst of kuffar.
Allahﷻ said in Surah An-Nahl 16:44
بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
With clear signs and Books (We sent the Messengers). And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad SAW) the reminder and the advice (the Qur'an), that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought. (An-Nahl 16:44)
11. TO BELIEVE THERE IS A PROPHET AFTER MUHAMMADﷺ
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Ahzab 33:40
مَّا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَا أَحَدٍ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمْ وَلَٰكِن رَّسُولَ اللهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَكَانَ اللهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا
Muhammad (SAW) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allah is Ever All Aware of everything. (Al-Ahzab 33:40)
HADITH
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allahﷺ said:
“My likeness and the likeness of the prophets before me is the likeness of a person who built a house, made it beautiful and made it complete, except the place of a stone in the corner. So people began to go round and to wonder at him and say: ‘Why have you not placed this stone?’ I am that stone and I am Khatam an-Nabiyyin (the Seal of the Prophets)".

- This is the plight of the Qadianis and the Nation of Islam (NOI).
- The NOI of Chicago, Illinois in America believe that Elijah Poole was a Prophet.
- He was a pedophile and a fake.
- He employed teenagers as secretaries and impregnated all of them.
- J.E Hoover turned a blind eye because he liked the idea of spreading foolishness
in the name of Islam.
- His members call him “The Honorable Elijah Muhammad.”
- You are not allowed to call him that.
HADITH
Aisha narrated the Messenger of Allahﷺ said:
"Those who give respect to a bid'ati (innovator in Religion) surely will be counted as a helper of destroying Islam."

12. TO BELIEVE THE QURAN HAS BEEN CHANGED
- This is the plight of the Shia.
- They believe the Quran is corrupted.
HUJJAH
The present Quran is in an altered, corrupted and distorted form..
(Fatuhat-e-Shia, p. 129)
- They practice Taqiyya (deception) so they will never tell you what they believe.
- However, we already know.
- Shia are a 5*star kaafir.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Hijr 15:9
إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ
Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur'an) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption). (Al-Hijr 15:9)
- When they say that the Quran is corrupted, they are insinuating that Allahﷻ
lied.
- Shia are apostates because they used to be Sunni.
- Abu Bakr killed apostates.
13. TO INSULT ALLAHﷻ
- Lying on Allahﷻ is insulting Allahﷻ.
Allahﷻ said in Surah As-Saff 61:7
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدْعَىٰ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ وَاللهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
And who does more wrong than the one who invents a lie against Allah, while he is being invited to Islam? And Allah guides not the people who are Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers and disbelievers) folk. (As-Saff 61:7)
14. TO INSULT OR LIE ON MUHAMMADﷺ
HADITH
Narrated By Anas: The fact which stops me from narrating a great number of Hadiths to you is that the Prophetﷺ said:
"Whoever tells a lie against me intentionally, then (surely) let him occupy his seat in Hell-fire."
[Sahih Bukhari, Vol 1, Book 3, Hadith #108]
ANOTHER HADITH
Ibn Abbas (RA) narrated that the Prophetﷺ said:
“Guard against narrating hadith from me except what you know definitely. He who forges a lie against me deliberately must find his seat in the Fire.”
[Tirmidhi 2960, Ahmed 2675]
- Some people lie so much on Muhammadﷺ that they have reserved their seat in
the Hellfire like the one who reserves a seat on a plane for a trip.
- May Allahﷻ protect us from these human devils. Ameen.
15. TO INSULT AN ANGEL
- The Jews asked the Prophetﷺ who was revealing the Quran to him and he told
them that it was the Angel Gabriel.
- They used that as an excuse to not accept Islam because they hate the Angel
Gabriel.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Baqarah 2:98
قُلْ مَن كَانَ عَدُوًّا لِّجِبْرِيلَ فَإِنَّهُ نَزَّلَهُ عَلَىٰ قَلْبِكَ بِإِذْنِ اللهِ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَهُدًى وَبُشْرَىٰ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
"Whoever is an enemy to Allah, His Angels, His Messengers, Jibrael (Gabriel) and Mikael (Michael), then verily, Allah is an enemy to the disbelievers." (Al-Baqarah 2:98)
Responsibilities of the Angels
- Mikael responsible for the atmosphere.
- Gabriel responsible for Natural Disasters.
- Isra’fil responsible for blowing of the Trumpet.
- Malik responsible for the Hellfire.
16. TO BELIEVE ALLAHﷻ APPEARED IN THE FORM OF A HUMAN BEING
- This is the plight of the Christians.
- They say Jesus is God.
- They believe that God came from the private parts of a woman.

Allahﷻ said in Surah Ash-Shura 42:51

Allahﷻ said in Surah Ash-Shura 42:11

- If there is nothing like Allahﷻ, why do they describe Allahﷻ with human
qualities?

Allahﷻ said in Surah Qaf 50:38

And indeed We created the heavens and the earth and all between them in six Days and nothing of fatigue touched Us. (Qaf 50:38)
- This Quranic verse is Hujjah against the Christians who say Allahﷻ rested.
- When you refute them, they answer that God can do whatever he wants to do.
- This statement is Kufr because Allahﷻ can not do many things.
6 THINGS ALLAHﷻ CAN NOT DO
1. Allahﷻ can not oppress people.
HADITH
“Oh, my servants! I have made oppression haraam (forbidden) upon myself, and also between you. So do not oppress each other...."
[Sahih Muslim, Hadith #6246]
2. Allahﷻ can not break a promise.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Aali-Imran 3:194
رَبَّنَا وَآتِنَا مَا وَعَدتَّنَا عَلَىٰ رُسُلِكَ وَلَا تُخْزِنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّكَ لَا تُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ
"Our Lord! Grant us what You promised unto us through Your Messengers and disgrace us not on the Day of Resurrection, for You never break (Your) Promise." (Aali Imran 3:194)
3. Allahﷻ can not beget children.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-An’am 6:101
بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَمْ تَكُن لَّهُ صَاحِبَةٌ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth. How can He have children when He has no wife? He created all things and He is the All-Knower of everything. (Al-An'am 6:101)
4. Allahﷻ can not tell a lie.
5. Allahﷻ can not create a God and give Him the Same powers as
Himselfﷻ.
- There would be a conflict of interest.
- If a war broke out between them, each God would take back what they created.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Mu’minun 23:91
مَا اتَّخَذَ اللهُ مِن وَلَدٍ وَمَا كَانَ مَعَهُ مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ إِذًا لَّذَهَبَ كُلُّ إِلَٰهٍ بِمَا خَلَقَ وَلَعَلَا بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ
No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! (Al-Mu'minun 23:91)
6. Allahﷻ cannot be jahil (ignorant).
- Heﷻ needs knowledge to govern the universe.
18. TO DESCRIBE A MAN WITH GODLY QUALITIES
- To say Jesus created man, is haram.
- The Christians say Jesus said: "Let us make man.”
-They are fabricating and adding words.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Baqarah 2:30
وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Verily, I am going to place (mankind) generations after generations on earth." They said: "Will You place therein those who will make mischief therein and shed blood, - while we glorify You with praises and thanks (Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners) and sanctify You." He (Allah) said: "I know that which you do not know." (Al-Baqarah 2:30)
19. TO MAKE HALAL WHAT IS HARAM
FATWA
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728H)said:
“Whenever a person makes halal what is haraam by consensus or makes haraam what is halal by consensus or replaces the Sharee’ah that is agreed upon by consensus, then he is a Kaffir by the agreement of the scholars of Fiqh.”

20. TO BELIEVE IN SECULARISM
- Secularism is the belief of separating religion from politics.
- The kuffar want to show sex on tv and other things.
- They want to open riba banks.
- They don't want religion to mix with culture.
- They only want religion in the four corners of the Masjid.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:3
الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لِّإِثْمٍ فَإِنَّ اللهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Al-Ma'idah 5:3)
21. TO DISLODGE OR DISMANTLE THE SHARIAH
- Dislodging or dismantling the shariah makes you a kaafir.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:44
وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ
And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers. (Al-Ma'idah 5:44) [Sahih International]*
22. TO ELEVATE A PERSON ABOVE MUHAMMADﷺ
HADITH
Abu Huraira narrated the Messenger of Allahﷺ said:
“I am the most noble of Adam’s descendants on the Day of Resurrection. I am the first whose grave shall be opened. I am the first to offer intercession. I am the first whose intercession shall be accepted.”
[Sahih Muslim (4/1782) No. 2278]
- This is another plight of the Shias.
HUJJAH
It is a fundamental principle of faith that our (Shia) Imams have ranks higher than the ranks of angels & God's prophets.

All the Imams are infallible just like the prophets. The Shia derives their religion from their immaculate (infallible) Imams"

- Sayyid As-Sadr married a woman in mut’ah (temporary marriage and Shia
prostitution) and got her pregnant.

- When his own daughter reached puberty, he married his OWN daughter and

23. TO BELIEVE ISLAM IS OUTDATED
- This is the belief of the modernists.
- They believe Islam is outdated and needs to be reinterpreted.
- For example, Allahﷻ says not to have sex with your wives on their menses.
However, the modernists will tell you that he does, but he uses a condom.
- Another example, they will tell you not to join prayers when traveling because
their is air conditioned rooms and facilities.
- However, you are allowed to join your prayers after traveling 3 miles.
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#4. He is a disbeliever whoever thinks that another guidance is better than prophet Muhammad’sﷺ guidance, or another judgement is better than prophet Muhammad’sﷺ judgement, such as preferring Tawagheet's (tyrants) judgement over prophet Muhammad'sﷺ judgement. [5:44]
- If you follow the United Nations and think their guidance is better than Shariah,
this belief makes you a kaafir.
- They will tell you right hand posses is haram.
- They want to nullify aspects of the Quran by telling you it goes against the
rules and regulations of the UN.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Muhammad 47:25-26
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ ارْتَدُّوا عَلَىٰ أَدْبَارِهِم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْهُدَى الشَّيْطَانُ سَوَّلَ لَهُمْ وَأَمْلَىٰ لَهُمْ
Verily, those who have turned back (have apostated) as disbelievers after the guidance has been manifested to them, Shaitan (Satan) has beautified for them (their false hopes), and (Allah) prolonged their term (age). (Muhammad 47:25)
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا لِلَّذِينَ كَرِهُوا مَا نَزَّلَ اللهُ سَنُطِيعُكُمْ فِي بَعْضِ الْأَمْرِ وَاللهُ يَعْلَمُ إِسْرَارَهُمْ
This is because they said to those who hate what Allah has sent down: "We will obey you in part of the matter," but Allah knows their secrets. (Muhammad 47:26)
- The above Ayah is used as hujjah to say that you can not join the UN.
24. TO SHUN THE DEEN AND REFUSE TO LEARN IT
- If a man can not recite surah Fatiha, he is a kaafir.
- You fall into the category of those who shun the deen and refuse to learn it.
- Also, not knowing how to pray makes you a kaafir.
FATWA
Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab said:
Know that the things that nullify Islam are TEN:
#10. The unwillingness to learn or practice the religion of God. The evidence on that is the saying of Allahﷻ: And who does more wrong than he who is reminded of the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of his Lord, then turns aside therefrom? Verily, We shall exact retribution from the Mujrimûn (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners). (32:22).

- The meaning of this fatwa is the unwillingness to learn or practice the Deen of
Allahﷻ.
- The difference between a Muslim and a kaafir is the salah.
HADITH
The difference between a man (Muslim) and shirk and kufr is the abandoning of salaah.
(Sahih Muslim: Kitab ul Iman: Book 001, Number 0147)
- There is nothing wrong with being a takfiri.
- However, you can not be an Aathir (someone who refuses or makes excuses for
making takfir.)
- Also, you can not be a kharijee.
25. TO SAY OUT OF ANGER “THE KUFFAR ARE BETTER THAN THE MUSLIMS”
- For example, you are ripped off by another Muslim. Then he leaves the country
after ripping you off. And your response is to say "the kuffar are better."
- This statement makes you a kaafir.
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Qalam 68:35-36
أَفَنَجْعَلُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ كَالْمُجْرِمِينَ
Shall We then treat the (submitting) Muslims like the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists and disbelievers, etc.)? (Al-Qalam 68:35)
مَا لَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ
What is the matter with you? How judge you? (Al-Qalam 68:36)
- So how can you say the kuffar are better, when Allahﷻ refuted this statement?
- By the way, how do you know the person who ripped you off is a Muslim?
- The person who ripped you off could be a Berailvi, Shia, Madkhali. Are you
calling them Muslim?
Allahﷻ said in Surah Al-Baqarah 2:256
لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّينِ قَد تَّبَيَّنَ الرُّشْدُ مِنَ الْغَيِّ فَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِن بِاللهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَىٰ لَا انفِصَامَ لَهَا وَاللهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower. (Al-Baqarah 2:256)
